PERSPECTIVE LLC ("Perspective", "we") provides IT consulting, programming, infrastructure management, data processing and hosting, web portals and information services, business consulting, event organisation and premises rental. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Clients
Business contacts, contracts, project communication and invoices.
3. Hosting and data processing
When we host or process data for clients, we act as a processor under a data processing agreement. We process client data only on instructions, keep it confidential, secure it, and return or delete it at the end of the contract.
4. Portal users
Portals we operate on our own behalf collect registration data and content users publish; each portal has its own terms.
5. Event attendees and speakers
Registration data, badge names, dietary needs (with consent), and speaker bios. Events may be photographed or filmed; this is announced at registration and on site, and you can ask not to be filmed. Exhibitors receive attendee contacts only if attendees agree, for example by scanning their badge.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, consent (newsletters, badge scans), legitimate interests (event safety, security), legal obligations.
7. Recipients
Data centres, venue partners, payment providers, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Attendee registrations: 2 years.
- Client contracts: as required by law.
- Hosted data: as instructed by the client.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
10. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
